(Notice) Tax Reminder (updated: February 16, 2012)
This is a reminder to the residents of Tsukuba that the 8th installment of the National Health Insurance Tax (Kokumin kenko hoken zei) and the 4th installment of the Fixed Property / City Planning Tax (Koteishisan zei / Toshi keikaku zei) is due on Wednesday, February 29.

(Notice) Notice from the Property Tax Division: Urban Planning Tax will be Levied in Some Regions (updated: Dec. 22, 2011)
Due to expansion of water and sewerage systems in some areas, urban planning tax will be levied from Fiscal Year 2012 in parts of Midorigaoka, Shimana, Nishioka, Nishi Onuma, Yoshinuma and regions that have newly gained access to using public water and sewerage services.
