Rubella is a contagious viral disease that is a milder form of measles. A few cases of rubella were discovered in certain areas last year and the disease seems to be taking hold in more communities this year. If you have not been vaccinated or if you have never had rubella, please get vaccinated. There are subsidies for the immunization of infants (between 12 and 90 months), but everyone older than that must pay the full price.
