① Consultation for Foreign Residents of Tsukuba
General consultation service on issues such as resident status, marriage and concerns about everyday life is provided for foreign residents living in Tsukuba. Counseling is available by phone or in person.

Consultation service in Thai and Korean languages will be discontinued from April 2012 until further notice. Consultation in English, Chinese and Japanese will continue to be provided. (updated: Feb. 16, 2012)
② Foreigner Consultation
Free counseling on daily issues is also provided by the Ibaraki International Association. They also offer free counseling with a lawyer for those who are seeking legal advice. These meetings are available twice a month. Appointment required.
