Application for Day-care Admission 2012 (updated Dec. 1, 2011)

If you wish to enroll your child into a day-care or change to a different day-care center from April 2012, apply at Tsukuba City Hall according to the following schedule.

1st Application
Time: 9:00-11:30, 13:00-16:00
Place: Tsukuba City Hall, 2nd Floor - Staff Training Room 1
Date:

• Kukizaki residents: Nov. 28
• Yatabe residents: Nov. 29, 30
• Sakura residents: Dec. 1, 2
• All residents: Dec. 4
• Oho residents: Dec.5
• Toyosato residents: Dec. 6
• Tsukuba residents: Dec. 7
• Backup days for all residents: Dec. 8,9

※If the day reserved your region is inconvenient, you can apply on any day listed above.

2nd Application
Time: 8:30-17:15
Place: Tsukuba City Hall, 1st Floor - Children's Services Division
Date: Dec. 12, 2011 - Feb. 10, 2012 (except weekends and holidays)

Please note: Application forms are available at Children's Services Division, General Service Counters and at respective day-care centers.
