Citizen Farmer System (updated Nov. 14, 2011)
Citizen Farmer System is a new loan system for farmland. Citizens interested (Non-Farmers) are eligible to borrow farmland with this new reliable loan system which the city acts as the mediator through Green Bank Project. The farmland has an upper limit of 1000 square meters as well as other restrictions.
