Matsuri Tsukuba 2005 is from August 24 to 28 and it will coincide with the opening of Tsukuba Express. There will be parades on August 27 from 4pm and 5:30pm and August 28 from 2pm and 5pm. Tsuchiura Gakuen-sen will be closed between Higashi Odori and Nishi Odori on the 27th from 4pm to 9pm and on the 28th from 2pm to 8pm. There will be bazaars on August 23 (3pm to 9pm), 24 (10am to 7pm), 25 (12noon to 7pm), 26 (12noon to 8pm), 27 (12noon to 9pm), 28 (10am to 9pm).
Art Town Tsukuba, a street performers festival will take place on August 27 (12noon to 9pm) and 28 (10am to 9pm).
